Answers to FAQs

I only need a couple of tees, is that okay? Or do you have minimums?
We do have a minimum of 12 pieces (screen printing), and 8 pieces (embroidery/applique). However, if you have a special occasion, and need a smaller quantity, just ask us. In those cases, we do charge a ‘less than minimum’ fee, but will always be fair! Regarding design size/garment sizes… for a regular screen print design, the screen size would fit youth medium thru all adult sizing. If you have infant, toddler, and youth XS and small size garments, there would be a separate 12 piece minimum (different size screen).
How do you determine pricing?
There are a whole bunch of factors that go into determining prices for a print job, so we customize each quote on an order-by-order basis. Some factors to consider are garment type & brand, quantity, amount of colors in the design, and number of print locations. Click here for your own personalized quote! Be sure to give us as many ‘deets’ as possible, and we’ll reply promptly with some options and pricing!
When will my order be ready?
Our standard turn-around time is 10 business days from order approval, but we always try to beat that! Of course, this all depends on the size of your job. Certain times of the year, may be up to 3 weeks.
But I need my order faster than that! Like, by the end of the week, can you do that?
We can sure try! Just let us know all the details and we’ll start figuring out if we can meet a tight deadline. If we have to delay other orders on our docket to fit yours in, a rush fee might be applicable (we will, of course, let you know). It also helps to reply to emails quickly in this type of situation.
What else do you print besides t-shirts?
So much, so very, very much! Here are a few examples: tank tops, hooded and crewneck sweatshirts, sweatpants, sports jerseys, track jackets, leggings, onesies and infant clothing, youth clothing, tote bags & backpacks, dog clothes, outerwear, hats/caps, corporate dress shirts & sport shirts, and pretty much any garment you need!
Can you explain the difference between Screen Printing and Embroidery?
Absolutely! The screen printing process uses inks on your garments. We do require a 12 piece minimum for a screen print order. The embroidery process uses thread stitching on your garments. For a new design, there is a minimal (one time) digitizing set up fee, and then the minimum would be 8 pieces. We also make SUPER COOL applique and laser cut garment designs!!
Will it cost more if I want to do multiple colors or kinds of tees?
As long as you have the same design, same ink colors, and same screen size, you can change up the garment colors. Using multiple garments is absolutely fine as long as the design stays the same on those 12 minimum pieces
What type of file do I need to give you?
The best one you’ve got! Our company uses Corel Draw to do our artwork. If another program is used to create your artwork, please send your artwork to us in one of the following forms:
- .pdf (preferred)
- .eps
- .ai
Along with your production ready artwork, please send a .jpg of your design so we are able to insure accuracy of the design when imported into Corel Draw.
I don’t have a design, can you still help me?
In this situation, we’d love it if you’d go online and get us some ideas. We LOVE (and need) direction from you, because we can’t read your mind, haha. Email us at any time to get the ball rollin’.
Can I supply my own stuff for you to print on?
We certainly can print items that you supply, however there’s just a little more liability on your part. If we make a mistake or error on your supplied garments, we are not liable to replace them. When WE supply products, we know the fabric is print ready, and we guarantee to get the job done to your liking.
When will I have to pay for my order?
This really depends on how much you are ordering. For larger orders, we may require 50% up-front and the remaining due upon delivery/pick-up, and for other orders, we may not ask for payment until the order is completed.
What’s the best way to pay for my order?
We accept cash, checks and all credit cards.
Can I stop by the shop to see samples or meet with you?
Sure thing! Email or call us to set up a meeting time.
